Abbiamo cenato ieri per la prima volta da Ota&Sbota braceria e abbiamo trovato un locale molto accogliente con il personale attento al cliente, gentile e anche molto paziente! Il menù ci ha sorpresi.. una vasta scelta e opzioni non banali. La qualità e freschezza dei prodotti si sentiva all’interno dei piatti che abbiamo scelto. Sicuramente un’ottima prima esperienza, ci ritorneremo per assaggiare altre cose!!
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare da Ota & Sbota Braceria e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Il locale, situato nel cuore del paese, si trova in una zona suggestiva e caratteristica che già dall’esterno invita a entrare. L’interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente che mette subito a proprio agio. Il menù offre una selezione ricchissima di antipasti, primi e secondi, tutti preparati con ingredienti di qualità e grande attenzione alla tradizione. La carne è la protagonista assoluta: vasta la scelta, cottura perfetta e sapori decisi che conquistano al primo assaggio. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Emanuele, che con professionalità e passione ci ha guidati nella scelta dei piatti, consigliandoci al meglio e seguendoci con discrezione e disponibilità per tutta la cena. A fine pasto, il sorbetto ha chiuso la serata in maniera fresca e piacevole, lasciandoci un ultimo tocco di soddisfazione. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Volevamo cenare a base carne soggiornando a Gallipoli ma allontanandoci dal centro. Abbiamo voluto provare questa braceria e ne siamo rimasti contenti. Prezzi e quantità giuste e ottima qualità, grazie!

Leggendo le recensioni abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale. La location è molto carina, arredata con gusto e tranquilla. Il servizio cortese e attento. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto per due, gli straccetti un assaggio di mboti e bombette e una costata carne( non ricordo il nome del taglio) molto buona. Non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto e ci hanno preparato un contenitore da portare via. Hanno una giusta varietà di vini, noi abbiamo preso un susumaniello rosso. Consiglio il posto a chi ama la carne e i sapori della cucina locale
Tutto meraviglioso. Le migliori bombette di tutta la Puglia. Emanuele è un oste gentile, cordiale, premuroso e molto attento a consigliare i commensali. Anche i contorni eccezionali.
